Refund Policy
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you may return the unworn item to us within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges will not be applied to any accessories. All sales are final for jewelry & accessories.
Refunds
We do not currently offer refunds to original payment methods (i.e credit cards, debit cards, pay pal, etc).
Defective
If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. The defective item must be returned to us unworn, and in the same condition as received.
Sales Items
All sales are deemed final for all "sales" items. Once a purchase of a sale item is complete, the item can not be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
